Here are the activities that we have available this week.
Global Issues Forum Speaker
Tuesday, 3/29, 1:10-2:20PM, Yount DLC
Mr. Ed Fuller, President and Managing Director for Marriott International Lodging, will be speaking on "You can't lead with your feet on the Desk."
Tuesday Night Dinner
Tuesday, 3/29, 6PM, Sobo Lounge
Come join us and experience Indian Culture, Music and Food on 29th March (Indian dinner night) in Sobo lounge at 6pm. Kids and husbands are welcomed. Please bring a side dish or a kids friendly dish.
Thunderkids Activity
Wednesday, 3/23, 4PM, Sobo Lounge
We will be doing a fun library reading day in the Sobo Lounge. We'll make bookmarks, the kids can pretend to check out books, we'll have story time, and then share a little treat. Your kids are welcome to bring a pillow or anything to snuggle up with while we each find a nook to read a book.
Family Field Trip (this activity is NOT this week)
Saturday, 4/16,10AM, Wet N' Wild Water Park
The family field trip will be April 16th at the Wet n' Wild water park. The cost will be $10 per person. Children ages 2 and under are free. We will meet at 10:00 a.m. at the park. No outside food is allowed in the park, only unopened bottled water. There is food available to purchase inside the park, or you may bring a cooler with food to keep in your car, or there are a few fast food restaurants that are located nearby. We have to pay for tickets in advance so we need a final count no later than Friday April 2. Please R.S.V.P to emilyboonethomas@gmail.com. Please tell me how many tickets you want to purchase, and how many (if any) children under two as well. It will be really fun so hope to see you all there!!!
